For over ten years Alastair Prichard has consistently produced catering of the highest quality, ranging from informal lunches to formal butler service black tie dinners, at a large prestigious private Estate in the South of England. Alastair is a first class chef who has received universal acclaim from guests, many of whom are very hard indeed to please. In addition, in contrast to many other exceptionally talented chefs, Alastair has a particular skill for devising creative and properly balanced menus, for both single sittings as well as weekends and longer periods of time.
I was very impressed that Alastair agreed to organise a party of 130 guests for us at short notice. He did it wonderfully well - organising the space brilliantly and producing really delicious food; I have had comments from the guests saying how much they enjoyed it. Ali is certainly a star chef and I am very grateful to him for arranging such a brilliant party for us.
